Meditation classes run by a qualified clinical Hypnotherapist utilizing different hypnotic techniques to allow your mind to let go of what is holding you back.
Each week you attend will be a deeper level of release. Just like an onion has layers so do we.
The mind works in weird and wonderful and fascinating ways. Those that have done this work have sometimes encountered experiencing 'releases' in different forms after the session/s. (this is not true of everyone) However your mind chooses to release, is the right way for you. Regardless of how others do it!
Some experiences: Mentally - headaches or strong dreams. Physically - rashes, colds/flu. Emotionally - unusual/extreme outbursts of emotion. While some of these releases may seem unpleasant at the time, you can be assured the work is being done.

No, all you need is an open mind and a willingness to change
"How many people attend?"
Sessions are capped at 6-8 attendees.
"I want to lose weight/stop smoking/feel calm, confident, motivated. Will this help?"
The classes are structured in a generic way, not specific to weight loss, stop smoking or anxiety, or.... anything! They're structured to release and let go of, what isn't working in YOUR life. You can have an issue in mind or just allow the mind to let go.
I do offer one-on-one personalised Hypnotherapy sessions and programs to focus for specific issues.
"Will I be in control?"
Hypnosis and meditation are normal natural states that we enter into and out of all of the time. Just like when you are driving a car and may not remember the last 10mins of driving. You are in control. And no I wont make you cluck like a chicken or bark like dog,......unless you really want me to!
